 Visioning & Space Planning

Visioning & space planning, the service commonly called “programming” in the architectural community, refers to a variety of inclusive activities such as visioning, strategic planning, master planning, project definition, program management and many other pre-design activities. Programming is an optional pre-design service which can be developed separately or in conjunction with any architectural design project.

Our visioning & space planning service allows us to provide our clients with a systematic process for making crucial decisions about project goals, values and requirements. Due to our unique professional background we can expose our clients to a variety of alternative approaches to accommodate their specific needs. Combined with our ability to help the client visualize their options, this service puts the client in the drivers seat and allows them to make the decisions necessary to drive the design of the project and ultimately create a building that better serves their needs.

Architectural Design

Construction Administration

Construction Administration is the process where the Architect, as agent of the Owner, administers the Construction Contract for the client. The Contract Administration phase occurs once the design has been finalized, documented, and handed off to the contractor.  During this phase, the Architect monitors and observes the construction of the project to determine to the best of his ability whether or not the building is being built according to the drawings and specifications.  This allows the Architect a chance to be interactively involved with any changes or construction challenges that may arise, while allowing an opportunity to resolve discrepancies before the cost goes up.

Interior Design

Interior design is the science and art of enhancing the interior of a structure to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing, functional and healthy environment for the users of the space.  ABM is well versed in designing innovative interior spaces that meet the clients’ budget and requirements, both in terms of functionality and aesthetics, by keeping up-to-date on the industry’s current trends and recent developments in techniques, materials, and tools. As part of our standard service, Architects Beazley Moliere can provide selections of interior materials, colors, finishes, fixtures, and hardware, as well as interior detailing and lighting design.
