Phase one of this 120,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Facility is connected to Lafayette General Medical Center by an overhead walkway. The building includes Labs, Radiology and Cardiology Services and Surgical Suites. GBA was responsible for tenant development and construction administration.
In 1999, GBA completed a 20,000 addition that converted part of the first floor and parking area to an Orthopedic Clinic at a cost of $2,000,000.
