The Pine Street Medical Office Building project was designed for Beauregard Memorial Hospital in order to utilize a 8,000 square foot building across the street from said hospital, to permanently house three outpatient doctors. The building was completely gutted and reconfigured with a central nurse station, shared waiting and lobby areas and a fully functional X-ray Room for dual use by the occupying doctors and the hospital proper. Each doctor was allotted multiple exam rooms and a single procedure room and storage room, while all other spaces were shared between them. The project was completed in October of 2011 for a total construction cost of $680,000.
